It’s official. I’m on Kellogg’s summer waitlist. School starts August 29th, so I have about a month to hope that some accepted student will change his/her mind and will defer business school for a year. I don’t think I could pull off a cross-country move with less than a month’s notice. Maybe I could, but it would be extremely tough.

In the meantime I’m going to keep studying for the GMAT. First up is Number Properties and I’m reviewing all of those long forgotten rules of numbers. There are a few apps for the iPhone that have made studying a little easier and dare I say “fun”. Flashcards Deluxe has literally saved me from carrying around a stack of index cards. So far, I’ve created “decks” for fractions, divisibility rules, and idioms that I can load on my iPhone and study whenever I have spare time. I like having the ability to customize the cards for my needs as well.
